Shop Desi Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shop Desi. Please review our return and refund policies carefully as they vary by category. For all returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. 1. Food Products (No Returns, No Refunds)
Due to health and safety regulations, all food items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any food products. If you have concerns about the quality of your purchase, please contact our Customer Support team.
2. Electronics (Unopened, 90-Day Return Policy)
Electronics can be returned within 90 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of [Restocking Fee Percentage or Amount] will apply to all electronics returns.
Return Authorization: You must contact our Customer Support team for an RMA. No returns will be processed without an RMA.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and verified as unopened and unused.
3. Fashion (30-Day Return Policy with Tags)
Fashion items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in their original condition with tags still attached.
Return Authorization:
You must contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA before initiating a return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item is received and verified as unused and with all tags intact.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
We have a 30-day return policy for most (non-food) products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For all returns, please contact Customer Support for an RMA. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will only be issued after returned items are inspected and verified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
